Our professional, caring and certified phlebotomists provide in-home or office mobile lab collection services. No matter which you choose, your labs will be collected in a courteous, organized and professional manner.

HOW IT WORKS
Concierge Lab Service (CLS) is an independent, convenience service that provides the collection and delivery of laboratory specimens to the lab that you or your provider designates.
PLEASE NOTE:
- CLS DOES NOT collect any specimens without a provider’s order or request from a laboratory.
- Results are sent directly to the ordering provider.
- Payment for lab collection services provided by CLS is collected *prior * to your appointment.
- Lab specimen processing will be billed to your insurance (if applicable).
Next Steps
1. You or your provider submits your lab order and a copy of the front and back of insurance card (if applicable) via our encrypted, HIPAA compliant email server at

3. Prepare for your blood test as advised by your provider (e.g. if fasting is required, stopping certain supplements, etc) .
Be sure to drink plenty of water.
4. After our phlebotomist has arrived in a timely manner and performed your blood draw, your specimen will be prepared and delivered to the lab that you or your provider designate to be processed.
